how long you replied yes to old carrier? After that, it could be another 2 hours for the port to complete. Reboot the phone once in awhile and chexk inbound calls again

Yes, I did all of these, but no luck. I can call out but cannot text and no one can call in.

hi @colin30 you posted number? after you replied YES to your old carrier to approve the porting, you can put in your PM sim card
