Hello,
I activated sim with $120 offer pack with add on for 200 min US/Canada talk($8).
I got error message "Sorry, your account activation request has failed...... Please visit our online community" at the end of activation.
My bank card was charged for the plan and recieving auto email with my account but I can not login to my account.
Also I see wrong date for next payment when I set up auto pay.
Please let me know if this can be solved Thank you.
6 days now but no reply for my first email!

I have recieved replies from moderators; they have managed to solve the issues.

I had bought add on when I purchased the plan and my card got charged for that too.
I could get email for resetting password but either the link in the mail never works or I recieve the email too late to change the password. So I guess my email is registred with public already.

edit...I had only read the most recent post...upon reading the thread, your account has been setup...so.
Since your activation failed, perhaps your Account isn't setup yet. On the sign-in page, try going through the "Create Account" path at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
Also note that addons can be purchased by dialing *611

I did but now I am not recieving emails for resetting password. I used to get password resetting emails when I tried couple of days before but after resetting same issue happens.
I am going to be more patient now!!

Apparently the sim shows working- I can make and recieve calls, but I can't login to my account still. It shows login failed. So I can not check my plan and autopay date yet.
I am partilally relieved now at least the phone is working!

Thank you @iwearsuits for your kind words.
I am a new comer here and only public has good reception at my home. I started going to work. it's hard when you dont have cell phone connection at this time.

I went through the same situation, mods haven't responded either, however, my account and service started working today. Didn't expect it to work since none of the mods assisted me; I guess be patient and hopefully it'll sort itself out.
