activating a sim. no credit cards work

tried all 5 of mine and none submit. no issue with cards. 

tried postal code all caps and lower and with space  ?

used samsung browser instead of chrome and worked.  thanks.

I cleared cache will try incognito.  it's chrome

Just the red text at top page. asking me to check info or try another payment type when I submit. yes 5 dif cards

@piaskow hi try clearing your cache or use a different browser in private or incognito mode then try to activate again

What specific messaging are you receiving?

 

I presume you've checked your credit card account to see if there are pending/unauthorized charges there?

If so, after trying @Outdoorsman suggestion, if still non working, contact Customer Support Agent.  Another user had a similar experience over the weekend.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
