I forgot to pay my credit card that this payment comes out of. I just payed it all but until they see my payment everything is frozen, including the activation of our phone. Any way to fix this

You can dial 611 to make payment using your on file cc, ..you'll need your PM pin number.
Alternative...Go to Shell Gas and get payment vouchers, then dial 611 to pay that way.
