My original public mobile sim card got corrupted and unusable during a phone OS update. Bought a replacement sim card from walmart at $10.50. While activating at website activate.publicmobile.ca, I cant find an option to retain the same number as it's a public mobile number. There are options for transfer from other providers. Please advice on how to activate my replacement sim card and retain my existing number.Thanks

What you describe is not possible. Did you ever have service with the corrupted SIM? If so, an account was created and you must follow the directions already provided to Change SIM.

If you never had service, what phone number are you concerned about?

I agree. If you can not remember your password or email used to set it up try the password reset with each and every email that you may have used. This will do nothing to your account until you get the right email address.

@pthuruthy

As mentioned above, you do not need to activate your new PM SIM card.

You need to go into your self service account to replace your SIM card.  Choose Plans and Add ons tab, then Change SIM card tab.
