If you are trying to activate a new SIM card use the live chat for activations.

Try opening the Activation link using incognito/private browsing mode. Are you getting any error during activation process?

  1. get a PM SIM card
  2. ensure you have a credit card to do the activation
  3. if moving number from another provider, get the account number of the other provider 
  4. decide what e-mail address you want to use for your PM username
  5. click Activate at top of page
