Just registered my account,but when I tried to print my summary y printer says can't find public Mobile.
Also when I tried to go ibto my account a white page comes up and say forbidden.
Please help.

Do you mean your activation summary? Out only opportunity to print is then. Or screenshot it if possible. But you should still get sent your activation details to your email and you can print your welcome email instead.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.
Use computer instead of phone. Sometimes PM site is behaving...

The new webpage is finicky. Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or even a different device.
