You definitely need to send a private message to the moderator group, indicating whatever info you have about your account creation. Most likely gone for the day, but the'll be back in the morning.

Oops I guess that would help.. after I entered my payment info and tried to activate it then said account could not be set up.. contact us . Although it did take payment from my account
