Good afternoon,
I have just noticed that my account was deactivated and that I am unable to view my existing plan.
I have had this phone activated on hold, and set it up with a recurring payment on my credit card.
What do I need to do to get this reactivated.

if you missed the 90 days grace period for not too long, PM support agent would be able to recover the number for you. So, wait for their reply and work with them

thanks. It seems to have been deactivate. It is crazy that it was done without a text message sent beforehand that payments have been missed.

if you call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your phone number, does it tell you the account was on hold/suspended or does it say it cannot find you the account?
if it cannot find the account, then you have missed the 90 days grace period and account was closed.
