Don't worry about the edit of your email addresses from your post it was done for you by an Oracle. Try not to post personal info on the public forum of the community it is for your account security.
Try searching your emails for public mobile to see if you can find your welcome email from public mobile. Then you not only know the correct email but embedded in the "sent to" part of your welcome email is your account #.

@Shima where you posted your emails. Can you click on the down arrow, top right of that post and delete your emails to edit the post.
Where were you entering your email? Was it under the REGISTRATION area, here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

I did, I enter my email adress but the massage shows is not valid. I enter my email but it doesn't accept it.
my email is, email removed
I have tried another my email as well but the same message
email removed
I should access to my account tonight and I need to have my account number

Try Forgot Your Password link. It will ask you to provide security answer. If everything fails, last option is to contact CSA through ticketing system.

check your email spam,
