Oh, OK. Well try clicking on "Forgot Email Address" and follow the prompts. Then you can click on Forgot Password if you figure out the email address. IF that doesn't work, then you can contact a CS Agent to help reset things.

if there's a Public Mobile account associated with that current number, you can't transfer it.
