How do I create an account for an existing public mobile number

Oh, OK. Well try clicking on "Forgot Email Address" and follow the prompts. Then you can click on Forgot Password if you figure out the email address. IF that doesn't work, then you can contact a CS Agent to help reset things.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.

Can you give us more details. I feel like we're missing something. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Or what's the end result you want to happen?

if there's a Public Mobile account associated with that current number, you can't transfer it.
