I can't login to my account, email and password is ok, it just not opening in my account, It's going back to main page

It's not just you. I cannot log into my account myself. THeir system has serious glitches. Verification codes are never received. Customer service is incompetent to fix it. I would suggest you to request cancellation of service by contacting Customer Service. There is no point in using Public Mobile when you can't even access your own account. They are not going to fix this problem, they have incompetent customer service agents who only waste our time, they are not helping, and they are not fixing anything.

Does it show a checkmark to the right of the email and password?
If it doesn’t then manually enter it again.

If you've tried unsuccessfully to log in 3 times, you may have been locked out of your account for one hour. I'd wait an hour or so, then because this website is known to have cache issues, go to your browser settings, clear the cache and restart the browser and try again. Once again, you have to wait just over an hour till the system unlocks your account.

Public mobile website is finicky.
Try again with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try on a different device.
