I can’t log to my account

Hello John. 

This is a widespread problem. I cannot log into my account, too. No verification codes are sent to email / phone, and without them, I cannot log in. I complained million times, but incompetent customer service agents are not helping, they are just wasting time. It's a system that has serious glitches, and nobody is fixing them.

I would recommend you to cancel your account. I am also trying to cancel mine.

Is the issue with access (password?) or just that it never logs in? I’ve been noticing issues with the latter the last few days and I suspect it may be due to an influx of member flooding PM to view/change their subscription to one of the BF promos. I find it’s easier to log in early in the morning or late  at night when traffic to PM is likely lower

@Johnzhai If you clear your cache and/or use an incognito web browser, does that help your login process? If not, is your issue password or email related? If so, perhaps you might need to click on the "Forgot Password" option at the login screen. 

Please provide us with a bit more detail of what issue you are getting at the login. Thanks

If you're having issues logging  in, go into your browser settings and clear your cache, history and cookies. You will however have to wait 1 hour before you can try to log in again as you're blocked for an hour.
