Hi,
My credit card got stolen and replaced with a new card number.
I want to update my credit card in autopay into, but found out that I forgot my password of my account.
After 3 tries my account is locked.
I tried to reset my password by click forgot my password link, but got no email afterwords.
My email account is xxxx@yahoo.ca
My cell phone number is 647-xxx-xxxx
btw, I got email right after I register myself in this forum

Yes,everthing is online now on their site publicmobile.ca. You can message the moderator on the site for any questions regarding your plan or any problems you might be having.

@Anonymous, please edit you post. The phone number you are posting is for Legacy customers only, not new customers. New customers after January 2015 have no call centre access via telephone.

You will need to send a private message to the @CS_Agent, giving them your phone number and 4 digit PIN, Account email address.
or make call to public mobile by phone at 1-877-999-5055 , different phone to you can talk with team services to help you

@hihizkj Do as said above to reset your self-serve account password. For future reference, please remember not to include your personal info as this is a public community.

@hihizkj, You will need to send a private message to the moderators team. You should include your account number (or phone number) and account PIN. They will reset the password for you.
