In January I attempted to activate a phone number, after being told the activation failed and my credit card was not charged it turned out my credit card was charged and I just found out this month that I activated three accounts with the same sim card. Public mobile refuses to refund my account for the three months I paid for as they said they would because I had unknowingly acyivated three accounts. I only have access to one account and I only have one phone number and one sim card. Is there any way to resolve this or did I just get scammed?

The only way to activate an account is through the online portal. There's no call in option except for legacy customers. The information provided here is misleading. I just called the number. As a non legacy customer, I did not have access to an agent. I was given options to make changes to my existing account, similar to calling 611.

Well unless something has changed, @NDesai you are right. The phone # that @Anonymous has posted is for legacy customers only and should not be given out as they will not help over the phone for new customers.

but if you have a issue with a message
you can talk to team service at phone if your lin is have issue

The moderator who told me that i had three accounts and a refund was refused was mistaken. This has been resolved by another moderator.
