i can not access my account and was forced to create a new profile with a new email. My phone works fine and i am not behind on any payment. I was in Mexico and since returning my password would not work. I have tried to change it over 5x but it keeps me locked out
How do I get help? This is ridiculous

what browser you using?
usually just click on the 3 dots or 3 lines on the top right, then choose New Incognito tab , it can be called Private or Secret mode on some browser
