Phone has said 'no service' since at least 22 Dec.  I sent a detailed message that day (or maybe on 23rd?)  and have had no reply.  I'm new at this (phone as well as this account), so maybe you didn't get it.  I paid more into account in case that was problem, but that made no difference, and payment history shows there is a positive balance. (It also shows credit for things not in my plan, which should cost $35 only, for U.S.+Canada-wide calling, international texting and 500 MG 3g data.)  Call history today says 2 outgoing calls were made yesterday, but I only tried to see if there were messages -- but no service so no result.   I did make a call to UK ca. 18 or 19 Dec., not realizing I had to get International add-on first, and as it went through I didn't figure that out until later.  Might that have caused my account to be blocked?  Finally, I had tried to buy U.S. roaming add-on for a Christmas day trip there, but as account was blocked, this was never used (or maybe not actually purchased at all?)  Short summary -- please help restore my service and get my payments sorted out.  THANK YOU!
