How do I remove pin & number?

  Phone has said 'no service' since at least 22 Dec.  I sent a detailed message that day (or maybe on 23rd?)  and have had no reply.  I'm new at this (phone as well as this account), so maybe you didn't get it.  I paid more into account in case that ...
