@sonyl1234 please,use the 3 dots on the top right of your post to remove your personal information from the post.  This is a public forum. If the acount has been dormant for more than 90 days.  It is permanently closed and you have to start over with a new SIM and new account. Stay safe.

This is a public forum, please edit your post to remove any personal information. To edit it, hit the 3 dots at top, right of your post.

 

To reactivate it go into the self serve account and top up the account to the amount of the Plan you have. Then resume/reactive the account.

 

After doing this, you may need to be reconnected to the Public Mobile network.

Try one or more of the below:

*rebooting your phone

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reboot your phone again

 

If this account has been suspended for more than 90 days you lost the phone number and account and you will need a new SIM card to reactivate your account.

Are you able to log into the account? How long has it been inactive? 90 days or more the account is deleted.
