Hello. I am having trouble getting into my online public mobile account for anything. I cannot order another sim card or find out any information or send a ticket or change my address. All I can do is look at the information. When I go to chat it keeps telling me the same thing over and over and does not help

It is cheaper and faster if you order another SIM from Amazon for $4.99.

@WFB77331 sometimes if you refresh the page or sign on Ingonito mode it will work. Try it and see if that will change.

if you want to get new sim card, do not buy from PM., delivery time is unpredictible. Better to buy from Telus or Koodo stores
did you try login My Account using Incognito mode? what are information you can look at? usually it is either cannot login or you can login and see everything
