tried to activate an account for my cousin till i got to promo code then it would not work because i put in wrong number twice then it would not accept it pls help and can it be done the next day or do i need an agent

hi @porcupine chexk your credit card and see if PM already charged you
if all good, try to use a different browser to try activate again

Hi there @porcupine do you mean referral code or promo code. Regardless if the promo code is valid a CSA should be able to add it for you after the fact.
