I had completed first page of account set up, working on porting my number from Fido. i had to go back a page and now the systems says my sim card is invalid. I can't continue

Close your browser. Restart your activation again.

You have two options you can try. You can either delete your cache and cookies or you can use incognito mode.
If you're using chrome, hold CTRL+SHIFT and then tap DELETE and let go of everything. From there select the time frame of all time and clear both cookies and cache. If you're using a different browser, navigate there through the settings.
An easier way is just to use incognito or private mode.

I am currently in the same predicament with a new number. I believe a freind had the same situation and discovered that it takes a few minuted to get it activated. Wait for 1/2 hour and try again.
