How can I suspend an account not yet activated? Chatbot is telling me to go to my account tab, and there is no my account tab yet.

If you didn’t activate a SIM or eSIM and created an account then there is no account to suspend.

what are you trying to do? why you want to suspend your account that not yet activated?

if you are waiting for sim card, then your account is not really activated until you got the sim card and log back into My Account and update it.  Your have paid but your cycle not started yet
