When I’m using data, I can’t access YouTube. It says no internet connection try again.
I never had this problem with my other carrier. Please help.

Do you have a VPN on your phone when using your data? If you do, just disable it temporarily and see if that works.
I have the same issue when I installed the Cloudflare app.

hi @Jivan other apps can use data?? if it can, it is a problem with YouTube. Make sure the app settings allow data. Or easier way is to uninstall YouTube, reboot and reinstall

First, check to see if you phone interent works for other sites.
Second go to you youtube settings for data. There is a setting to limit downloads to wifi only and a setting to save data by using lower quality resolution. You should disable these settings.
Also check you location and signal. If your cellular signal is weak, high resolution streaming will slow down or stop.
If you are still having problems, you may consider contacting a customer agent to see if you are having a local network problem:

Good luck.

How about accessing other sites? Maybe youtube is blocking you for whatever reason...?

Is data working for other apps or services? Can you surf the internet on data?
Maybe check the Youtube app settings.
