Yes, thanks. I kept getting kicked out, extremely frustrating after composing an in depth, detailed response that must have hit a bit bucket betwen here and eternity.
I ended up sending multiple replies, not knowing which disappeared. I have the feeling there's a few things of a serious nature happening there. Things which never should have happened and which will without question become much worse long before things run the way they should.
It's a shame!

I have been wasting time since around 2pm today. I have been contacted by Freddy, but I keep having that disrupted because something somewher÷ keeps kicking me out, or resetting. I hope someone somewhere is having some success in reading what I'm trying so very hard to send

when was the last time you tried to login? from what you said, I think the system not able to find your login. Ask PM to help. you cannot submit ticket using Chatbot, so just message them

Same postal code since I signed up in 2018. This system is full of errors, it refers to me as a new customer which is not correct.
I tried the links you provided and I got an error message the first few times I tried to send. I don't know if anything got through.

yes, the system could be wrong with postal code. But is your address a new one ? sometimes the system not update quick enough for new postal codes
but either way, support agent can help to manually add the address and postal code for you
