Your app is absolute trash could not even pay my plan through website is completely useless it’s terrible and very sad to see in 2025 crappy technology it told me a total of 20 times my card could not be accepted then I did it on website and it worked right away your app is garbage

you're right...the app can be a bit buggy ! I tell my friends to use the web version whenever they need to update payment method as the mobile app is glitch prone. The app is a fairly new thing to Public Mobile...hopefully get those bugs ironed out quickly. Otherwise Public Mobile seems to be a great cell provider as you'll find out. For some customers, they have issues with the app and not the website. While others is vice versa.
Maybe delete the app and re-install the app again. Or clear cache from the app.

if you need to pay , get a voucher first and call 1855-4PUBLIC and load the voucher
if you need to talk to PM, open ticket.
