Hi Guys:
Logged in to my account, and a message says - Your account has been suspended.
I am on credit card auto pay.
My current plan is suppose to be good till APRIL , 2017
Am I suppose to have a positive balance in the account?
my cell phone no. 416xxx-xxxx
sent the private message already
Can I please get some help to fix this problem? Thanks!

@snppoy, as recommended please remove your number. Your plan is good until April 2017? No wonder it is suspended you could be close to losing your number as well. As you have already sent a message there isn't much more you can do until a MOD replies to you. Last I heard it was over 24 hours for a response.
