Just tried to activate my new account and it said oops, something went wrong. so I tried again and now it says I have an invalid sim card?

I tried it in my main phone just to find out that it's locked to videotron. So I put the sim in my old back-up phone and it works. Thanks for the suggestion.

It might already be activated did you try putting it your phone?
