Hello,
trying to call local or receive phone call I get " "You dont have active long distance add on" voice message.
For past 2 months I cant receive or make phone calls, reagrdless wich number I call 647 or 416 area...etc.
I get this "You dont have active long distance add on" voice call.
Can you help please ?

@robertdryja hi sounds like you are out of minutes, PM has a great add on 500 minutes for 5 bucks and they stay on your account until all used up they only get used after your regular minutes get used up ![]()

@robertdryja You may want to check you account details and your plan. Perhaps your address is saved as a one provice and you may not have a unlimited talk and text national plan vs a provincial plan. So try and change your address to match where you are currently at.

@robertdryja , have to checked your self serve account to ensure that it is active and that if you are on the limited use plan, the minutes have not been used up?
