It looks like yet another 3G speed data plan that failed to renew properly due to broken data counter. @RTB, when you reach out to the moderator team, ask for some goodwill and see if they will upgrade the plan to the full speed LTE data. They can move you back after the data counter bug is fixed. This is ridiculous that the software bug is allowed to persist and cause so much service disruption.
