I have not received a text message or an email offering the year end bonus for free 2 GB data and free 500 international minutes. How do I gain access to this promotion?

@2marg no worry , everyone eligible, just open ticket with PM support and they will add it back

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

I tried this and received a message that I was not eligible for this offer. I am not sure why I was given this response. How do I find this out?

@hTideGnow Hehehehe yes I think your on to something;)

HI@Handy1 @HALIMACS   I think YES is still programmed for last year bonus and likely won't work, that's is why we need YES2 this year


Next year, we can try YES3  🙂

@HALIMACS Oops that’s right YES2 I forgot the 2 , I’m never gonna make it to oracle status 😞

While replying "YES" will work, it may take longer than texting "YES2" to number 4911.

 

Either way, you should, at some point, receive a confirmation text confirming the items have been added to your service.

@2marg @You can first try texting yes to 4911 if that dose t work contact agent and have them manually apply the rewards
