Wrong sim card

Can I get any help here? I ordered a new sim card online and was sent a koodo sim card instead of a public mobile sim. I opened a support ticket and so far have not received any reply at all.

Public Mobile 's customer service is provided entirely online.   As such, the sales staff at Telus stores wouldn't have the ability to provide any assistance.

you need to open a ticket with PM support first

there is another arrangement support can offer, they might ask you to buy a PM sim from store and they will reimburse you

I know I can buy another SIM card. But I already paid for one and I need to see if i can get my money back before buying another.

somehow you are not the only one with the issue.  I think fulfillment department got it all mixed up lately

PM support agent can help you, or maybe they will suggest you to go to a Koodo store for an exchange.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Get to local Mobile Klinik and buy a PM sim.
