I redeemed 15 pts for 1 gb of data and just realized as upon reading it is for 1 gb of roaming. Im not roaming, I meant to get the 1 gb of data for 10 points. Anyway that can be switched over for me?

Would you mind reporting back what customer support does to fix the issue? For example does the CSA remove the US roaming 1gb add on and replace it with the 1gb data add on (domestic) and return 5 points to your reward points account?

Hi @Bugsmerran since they need 2 days to process the request, you should have enough time to ask PM CS agent to redeem for the correct one. Just open ticket with them using thr way as mentioned above
