Wrong plan

Hi I ment to sign up for th $40 for 15g at 4g speed plan not the 5g. Could we please change this as it costs the same amount. Would be appreciated

@Keaghton hi if you just activated a plan you were not elegible for the 15 gig plan at activation, you would need to do a plan change at next renewal to get that by going into your newly created selfserve account to set that up for next renewal

@Keaghton , if you have used the futured dated plan change option and have not reached the renewal date, you can cancel the plan change and select the right plan to change to.

@Keaghton   You could also just schedule another plan change for the $40/15GB for the next renewal cycle unless you need access to more data immediately.
