So... My parents both have a cell with PM, separate accounts. My father lives in a senior home and scarcely uses his. We noticied recently that whenever we try to call his cell number, it's my mother's cell that is ringing. If we use my mother's cell to call his number, we get connected to his voice mail. No problem using his cell for outgoing calls.
I checked both accounts and don't see anything that could explain this. Everything seems to be in order...
Any ideas ?
Thanks.

HI @Pierre7
login to My Account (both accounts), go to Profile page, click on the sim card number, check it and verify with your dad and mom's sim card physically. You could have switched the sim card by mistake

Assuming you linked the correct SIM card to the correct phone number, what would happen if you simply switch the SIM's to each phone? Put the SIM in your Dad's phone in your Mom's phone and Mom's SIM in your Dad's phone.
Then call the numbers and see if the correct phone rings. If it does, then I would say you're good to go
