When I sign in the web page wants to send a confirming text to a number that is not mine

@Kenmulmur - once you get logged in through the email option, change the phone number for your two-step authentication here: https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/selfservemenu
Note, you can use your current public mobile number or another mobile number that is not connected to public mobile if you wish to do so.

Did you enter the wrong number while porting over to PM?
If this is the case, contact a CS_Agent to help you activate to the number you ported over at:

HI @Kenmulmur did you join PM before with this email and that "wrong number" is actually your old number?
and on the security code screen, try click "Didn't receive code", check if send email is an option. If you can login that way, then go to Profile page, Manage EverSafe ID and change the phone number to your own
if unable to login still, please submit ticket with CS agent by messaging here
