The email address associated with my public mobile account is incorrect. How do I fix this. My account is still active but I can’t login

You would have to submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent to change the email on file.

@Uschi , do you know the email address associated with your account even if "wrong"?  You can login and then manually change it yourself from the profile tab, eversafe ID.
