The email address associated with my public mobile account is incorrect. How do I fix this. My account is still active but I can’t login

After I created my new eversafe account two days ago, I haven’t been able to login. The account my husband made in 2019 was always with the wrong email address but it wasn’t a problem loginning in and managing my account. Now, I can’t recover my password because it is not connected to the correct email account.

You would have to submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent to change the email on file.

@Uschi , do you know the email address associated with your account even if "wrong"? You can login and then manually change it yourself from the profile tab, eversafe ID.
