Hi, I just got a new connection with Public for $25.00 plan but its showing as $15.00 plan in my account whereas I was charged for $25.00 through autopay? Can you please help me settle this issue?Thanks

@timmunir25 Did you activate a new account in a store? Peerhaps they charged you $10 for a SIM plus $15 for a plan = $25.

@timmunir25 You need to contact the moderator instead. You can either use a private message or click on the Question Mark and ask to get the ticket. Private message: click on the Envelop icon and send to "Moderator_Team" and explain your issue. They will get back to you within 2 days.

Thanks Sunflowershine, I have checked the details but it is showing me as $15 plan instead of $25 plan. So, Not sure how to get this fixed?

@timmunir25 If you go to My Account, you will have the details of usage in your account. The breakdown of payment doesn't mean anything. As long as you have the right services being paid for.
