Won’t accept email

I am trying to get into my dads profile to change his plan and i don’t remember the password and when it asks for his email it won’t accept them. What can I do.

While talking to the moderators ask them for the pin to the account. There are options that are available when calling 611 from the phone or dialing 1 855 4PUBLIC.

You'll need to go to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot and type in something such as "forgot security question answer" to get access restored.
