What are the specifics of the winback offer?

Yes you need a new sim. No you can't have your old number back unless you still have possession of it (i.e. you ported it to another provider, in which case you can port it back)

Depends on weather you are still using the number with whatever provider you are using now. If you are still using the same number you can just port it over when you sign up.  If not it's likely gone back to wherever it came from.  If it was a pm number to start with you can contact PM ans see if it's available.

It really depends. My gut says no. However, here is my opinion. If your number came from a different provider when you joined PM, then it went back to them. If the number came from PM it may still be in the system unused. You should call it and find out. If it's not used, sign up, get a temporary number, then create a ticket using the chatbot in the bottom corner and ask if your old number is available.

EDIT: I should mention this. If the number isn't available, you have the ability to change your number every week (4 times a month) until you find a number you want to keep.

Hello @Tequiladougeh

If it's been 4 months, no. You will need to purchase a new SIM card or eSIM.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/

I've never heard of this WinBack120 before. What is the offer?

Now is a great time to sign up too! $25 bonus for signing up.
