Will I still get coverage even if I go to Toronto from Montreal for a vacation?

Public Mobile runs on the shared HSPA/LTE network of Bell/Telus so you will have phone coverage where ever a Bell/Telus Phone will have service but calling depends on the Plan you have. If you have a plan that includes Canada wide calling then all voice calls will function as if you were home. But if a Plan has Provincial calling then incoming & outgoing calls work differently.

Sure. Public Mobile as coverage almost anywhere in Canada. They are using Telus network !
