Hi there, I tried to reactivate my plan via selfserve. I wanted to change the exisiting 10 days $17 to 30 days $ 32 - unlimited canadawide talk, no text, no data - however, I'm unable to do so.
I've already made the $32 payment via creditcard.

@DanDan unfortuantely, if your plan has already been suspended, you cannot activate it on a new plan yourself in self-service. For that, you will need to contact one of our community moderators by private message. Please ensure to include your phone number and the details of the plan you want to activate with. They will be able to assist you. If you're not sure how to contact a mod via private message, please see the two links at the bottom of this response.
