The last time PM was asked about wifi calling was April 8th. Please say once and for all whether or not you will be offering wifi calling. Many of us are stuck with a poor signal/dropped calls when indoors. Even Fido offers it.

Thanks for that. I ended up switching to 3G from LTE and went from 1 bar to 3-4.

It probably won't be offered until 3g gets shut down. I would think that they will have to offer it then.. otherwise customers in spotty lte/5g reception areas will have no service at all.

Fido = Tier 2
Koodo = Tier 2 and also has Wi-Fi calling
No news on if/when Public Mobile will be getting it, but it gets asked in this community forum several times a week.

@TelusPrey The other three tier providers don't have wifi calling either, you'd have to move up a tier. If you're staying with Public Mobile you could use a voip app like TextNow or Fongo. Different phone number of course, but there is call forwarding.

That's not entirely true. I have seen one response from PM here. So they do read them from time to time but almost never response to anything.

@TelusPrey , Public Mobiles holds this kind of stuff pretty close to the chest. We will only find out about it when it is actually available. As for Fido having WiFi calling, that is a second level sub-brand. Public Mobile is third tier and will be slower to receiving new products and innovations. I do think that eventually it will come. What worries me more is the VoWiFi whitelist that will come with the rollout.

PM is not offering WIFi calling. Being 3rd tier provider I doubt they will offer that in near future (or ever).
