@Alirio - did you know none of us here are Public Mobile employees? So threatening to make a complaint doesn't really fizz me much, not sure about other customers.
I called about your phone number (by the way it is probably best to remove your phone number from your post as this is A PUBLIC FORUM for all to see!).
Your phone number is suspended for nonpay, so if there is enough funds to cover the renewal than choose to reactivate in your My Account. If you need to add more funds, then do so, then reactivate it.

@Alirio There are many cases that it is quickest and best to contact PM and have it resolved
did you call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, enter 1 for English and then enter your phone number? It could be just account got suspended and NOT cancelled.
if it is just suspended or ON HOLD, you can simply call *611 on your phone (or call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) , then use your 4 digits PIN and make a payment
Or you can also login to My Account, and make a payment there. Click on the button Pay now and resume services and follow the steps
