Why wont my password reset?

Tried twice and I dont get the forgotten password email . . checked junk.

@chrisbca, have you checked your spam folder, the email could have gone there.  I have read many threads about receiving these email is rather untimely.  Since they have expiry, often the email arrives after it has gone stale.  Let's hope that is not the case here.

Try different browser if that doesnt help then you need a mod assistance they will manually fix your account access issue
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
