Been with PM for 5 years or so.
I am on the basic 3g paying 11$. But now I am paying the full price ?
I don't care about the other perks buy how come loyalty is erased like that ?
Also, I've received their **bleep**ty 5gb with expiration on it. But in barely use data so...
Who else got scammed ? Where do we all complain ? I signed a contract with a specific reward scheme. If in change plan, change the scheme. If I don't, and you change its a breach of contract.

@Crisss Everyone (who was on the old rewards system) is being switched over to points this month, it was announced in the community and @hairbag1 shared a link earlier in this thread. Some of us have always been on the points system if we joined PM after early 2022. I'm no lawyer but I'm guessing you will find that the "contract" lasts as long as each payment period, i.e. 30 days (or 90 if on the longer plans) so if you renew you are again accepting the prevailing rewards/points. You can still get $ rewards by cashing in the points for a bill credit or discounted add-ons, it's just not as lucrative as it was before.

I even remember never clicked on their"move to new points system option". People who are answering to the forum too don't receive the same rewards ?

Exactly, I even forget about the credit card 1$ off. I don't think it's the same. In will not have every month the 4$ credited to my account in points. I'll barely have 1$ : I am on the 15 $ plan. And since I don't use it much, I'll take triple to use the 5gb. Up to now, it's been 85 days and I only used 0.45gb/5gb !

They actually provided you a contract to sign? Like with a pen?

Same thing here. I am paying full price as well.
They got a new system now, and it seems they have rewards system which is similar to before but so much extra work because now you need to login and apply credits and wait for it to build up. Also they took some credits away (example having your bill pay automatically is not something to get rewards for.) so frustrating. Very poor decision. I am considering leaving because if i am paying full price then why not go somewhere with better customer service as their price is same as others. Such a waste as i promoted PM to many people
