Why my Mobile Data Network can't use?

I just changed my phone plan to $40/m, 90 days ahead plan. The phone call is ok. But my mobile data network can't use. What's the problem? How to solve it? Thanks.

Reboot your phone also if that's doesn't help then take your sim out turn off phone insert sim restart again usually helps. If not then try your sim in other phone if available to check if its service or hardware issue will resolve your issue if its service issue then contact mod dept

What phone are you using?  some phones lg g4 and G5 typically requre a factory reset.

 

If you are a new customer did you set up your APN settings?

 I've chosen the 90 days plan (3G+3G Bonus, unlimited International test & unlimited provincial talk) for $126. And I find out data doesn't work.

Here are 3 steps i recommend you do:

1) Double check data is included in your plan in self-serve. Who knows maybe the system glitched

2) Double check you have data turned on

3) Check APN settings for your phone
