Hi got a message that my data is out on the date the plan should have renewed, something funky is going on and i have no way to actually get help from any agent, the bots keep redirecting me here and I have to keep logging in countless times. So super frustrating!

@EdMargolin76 , you are not the only one that has had this problem. I have renewed with no data assigned. Fortunately, it was a 5G speed unlimited throttled data plan, so I was running on throttled data. Submit a ticket, the agents should be able to iron things out.

you used up the data and thought the plan will renew early because of that?
or today is the new cycle date but your plan didn't renewed?
can you login to My Account and check? if today is renewal day and it didn't renew,. you can get a voucher first from Shoppers Drug mart and load the voucher using *611
