It is set to renew but always the day before or day of my subscription is suspended

If you are on AutoPay, sometimes it doesn’t without the amount from your CC so you have to make a manual payment by dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone.
You will also need to login to your account and enable Subscribe (AutoPay) for future payments.
If you are not on AutoPay and pay manually. Note that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly cycle so renewal date changes.

PM has a 30 days cycle, not monthly
and the way the show cycle is confusing. if it shows it has a cycle from Jan 27, 2026 - Feb 26, 2026, the cycle goes to midnight at Feb 26, so the day Feb 26 is not included and the renewal occur around 1 or 2 am of Feb 26
